Messanges is a resort located between Moliets (6km) et Le Vieux Boucau (1km) in a landscape of forests stretching over 8402 acres. The resort has also a 5km long beach. The L'Espitaou residence is located 1.9km from the beach and 3km from the nearest shops. The residence is made up of small "chalets" each divided into 4 apartments, together these form a pedestrianised village. All the rooms are equipped with kitchenette with mini-oven, shower or bathroom, furnished terrace.
