La Tranche sur Mer is located 40km from Les Sables d'Olonne and is one of Europe's top windsurfing resorts. With 13km of sandy beaches, 440ha of forest, and a 7ha flower garden, the resort also boasts an excellent climate with over 200 days of sunshine per year. Les Maisonnettes are situated between 300m and 1km from the beach, and between 500m and 1.5km from the resort centre. Accommodation is in terraced holiday homes. All apartments are equipped with kitchenette with oven, bathroom or shower, television, furnished terrace and small garden area.
